This Srinagar Pahalgam Gulmarg tour package for 3 nights and 4 days is a compact introduction to Kashmir. It gives you an overnight stay in each of the three destinations rather than covering Pahalgam and Gulmarg only as day trips.
Your first night is on a Srinagar houseboat, with a Shikara ride scheduled around arrival time. The next day follows the road to Pahalgam, where optional local sightseeing can be chosen after check-in. You continue to Gulmarg for the final night and depart for Srinagar Airport on Day 4. This is a short moving itinerary, so early arrival and a comfortably timed departure help make the sightseeing practical. Sonamarg is not included. A full Pahalgam valley circuit or extended Gulmarg activities need additional time and separate local arrangements. If you want a slower holiday, choose a five- or six-night route instead.

Day 01 · Arrival in Srinagar and Selected City Visits
Airport to city stay approx. 12-20 km | 30-60 minutes, plus optional city visits
Meet your driver at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your houseboat. If your arrival is early, visit a manageable selection of Srinagar gardens or city attractions before the included Shikara ride. With a late arrival, check-in and the ride take priority. Opening hours and weather determine which visits fit the day; dinner is included at the houseboat.

Day 02 · Srinagar to Pahalgam
Approx. 95-105 km | 3-4 hours of driving
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam and check in to your hotel. Depending on arrival time, choose a town or riverside visit, or arrange one optional local valley excursion. Aru, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari visits require separately paid local arrangements unless quoted. A complete valley circuit and Baisaran visit need additional time beyond this compact transfer-day plan.

Day 03 · Pahalgam to Gulmarg
Approx. 135-150 km | 4-5 hours of driving
Leave Pahalgam after breakfast and drive towards Gulmarg via Tangmarg. Check in and enjoy the accessible surroundings. The Gondola is an optional activity with separately booked tickets, subject to weather, operating conditions and available slots. With a late arrival, the evening is kept for check-in and a short walk.

Day 04 · Gulmarg to Srinagar Airport
Approx. 55-65 km | 2-3 hours of driving, plus airport reporting time
After breakfast, check out and travel directly to Srinagar Airport. Confirm a flight time that allows the road transfer and airport check-in buffer. A winter transfer may require more time and separately quoted local arrangements. There is no full Srinagar sightseeing tour on departure day. The holiday ends after your airport drop.

No, unless added to the written quotation. Gondola tickets, Aru, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari local taxis, entry fees, pony rides and extra activity services are priced separately. The base package includes only the sightseeing transport and ride stated under inclusions.
