At Royal Rover Holiday, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable payment terms for our customers. Please review the following payment policy to understand our requirements and processes:

Payment Methods:

Accepted Payment Modes: Payments can be made via CHEQUE, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, or any other mode in favor of “Royal Rover Holiday.”

Online Payment: For online payments, a approx. 2.50% gateway fee will be charged. Payments can be made using the link: Pay Now.

Checks must be received at our office address 30 days before the tour start date.
Payment Terms
  1. Final Payment: The full payment must be completed upon confirmation of the requested services or before the start of the services, depending on the services availed.
  2. Advance Payment: A 50% advance of the total tour package cost is required to confirm the booking.
  3. Invoice Settlement: The invoice amount should be paid in full. Any disputes regarding payments should not be brought to our notice after the guest’s check-out.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  1. Refund Process: Any refund or cancellation will be made after deducting the applicable retention amount.
  2. Hotel/Transfer/Service Refunds: Refunds related to hotel bookings, transfers, or other services arranged by us will require a minimum of 30 days to process.
  3. Cancellation Rights: Royal Rover Holiday reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment.

Cancellation, Amendments, and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation/Amendment Fees:
    • Cancellations or amendments made 30 days or more before the trip’s start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellations or amendments made 15-30 days before the trip’s start date will incur a fee of 80% of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellations or amendments made within 0-15 days before the trip’s start date will incur a fee of 100% of the total tour cost.
  2. Unforeseen Conditions:
    • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to trip cancellations, we will endeavor to offer alternative arrangements. However, cash refunds will not be provided.
  3. Amendments:
    • Requests for amendments due to unforeseen circumstances may require cancellation and re-booking, subject to availability and applicable rates.
  4. Policy Adherence:
    • Cancellations and amendments are subject to the policies outlined in the tour itinerary, regardless of the booking date.
  5. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting the retention amount as per our cancellation policy.
Fraud Awareness:

Be aware of potential frauds relating to the transfer of money, including requests to transfer funds to different or new bank accounts via calls or emails. Even if it appears to be from us, please confirm the authenticity by contacting your Tour Manager directly. Always refer to our official website: www.royalroverholiday.com.

Jurisdiction:
