This Manali Dharamshala Dalhousie Tour Package from Delhi offers a seven-day private journey through three distinctive Himalayan destinations.
Experience Manali’s temples and mountain scenery, the seasonal attractions of Solang Valley, Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj’s Tibetan cultural surroundings, and the peaceful forests and meadows around Dalhousie and Khajjiar.
The package starts and ends in Delhi and includes six nights’ accommodation, six breakfasts, six dinners, private transportation and sightseeing according to the confirmed itinerary.
Begin with a private road journey from Delhi to Manali. Spend three nights in Manali and explore Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Temple and Hot Springs, Van Vihar, Mall Road and other local attractions. A separate day is reserved for Solang Valley, where travellers can enjoy mountain views and optional seasonal activities at their own cost. Snowfall and accumulated snow depend entirely on natural weather conditions. Continue from Manali to Dharamshala through the scenic Kangra region. Subject to available time and operating conditions, visit Baijnath Temple and the tea-growing surroundings of Palampur along the way. Explore McLeod Ganj, the Dalai Lama Temple Complex, Bhagsunag Temple and selected Dharamshala attractions before travelling to Dalhousie. The final part of the tour includes Dalhousie local sightseeing and an excursion to Khajjiar, known for its meadow, deodar forests and mountain surroundings. This is a private customised tour suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. Hotels, rooms, vehicles, sightseeing and special inclusions can be personalised according to the travellers’ requirements. This is a multi-destination itinerary with several long road journeys. Leave Delhi early on Day 1 and start the Dalhousie-to-Delhi return journey early on Day 7. Day 5 combines Dharamshala sightseeing with the journey to Dalhousie. Starting early helps provide sufficient time for McLeod Ganj while allowing arrival in Dalhousie before late evening. Avoid booking closely timed onward flights or trains after the scheduled Delhi drop. Traffic, weather, road repairs, landslides and local restrictions can increase travelling time. Explore Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Temple and Hot Springs, Tibetan Monastery, Club House, Van Vihar and Mall Road. Spend a separate day in Solang Valley for mountain views and optional seasonal activities. Nehru Kund and other accessible route-side points may be covered depending on road and weather conditions. Travel through the Kangra region and visit Baijnath Temple and the tea-growing surroundings of Palampur, subject to available time and local operating conditions. In Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj, explore the Dalai Lama Temple Complex, Bhagsunag Temple, St John in the Wilderness Church, Dal Lake, Naddi and other selected attractions according to available time. Experience Dalhousie’s colonial surroundings, mountain views and local attractions such as Panchpula, Subhash Baoli and Gandhi Chowk. Visit Khajjiar for its meadow, deodar forests, lake surroundings and Khajji Nag Temple, subject to weather, road conditions and public access.Travel Tip
