Payment Terms
- Final Payment: The full payment must be completed upon confirmation of the requested services or before the start of the services, depending on the services availed.
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance of the total tour package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Invoice Settlement: The invoice amount should be paid in full. Any disputes regarding payments should not be brought to our notice after the guest’s check-out.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Refund Process: Any refund or cancellation will be made after deducting the applicable retention amount.
- Hotel/Transfer/Service Refunds: Refunds related to hotel bookings, transfers, or other services arranged by us will require a minimum of 30 days to process.
- Cancellation Rights: Royal Rover Holiday reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment.
Cancellation, Amendments, and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation/Amendment Fees:
- Cancellations or amendments made 30 days or more before the trip’s start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations or amendments made 15-30 days before the trip’s start date will incur a fee of 80% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations or amendments made within 0-15 days before the trip’s start date will incur a fee of 100% of the total tour cost.
- Unforeseen Conditions:
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to trip cancellations, we will endeavor to offer alternative arrangements. However, cash refunds will not be provided.
- Amendments:
- Requests for amendments due to unforeseen circumstances may require cancellation and re-booking, subject to availability and applicable rates.
- Policy Adherence:
- Cancellations and amendments are subject to the policies outlined in the tour itinerary, regardless of the booking date.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed after deducting the retention amount as per our cancellation policy.
Fraud Awareness:
Be aware of potential frauds relating to the transfer of money, including requests to transfer funds to different or new bank accounts via calls or emails. Jurisdiction:
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Shimla court.
