Ayodhya, the temple town, with a sacred site around every street corner is best discovered at a leisurely pace. It is not a tourist town and offers a welcome break from the hotspots of India (unless, of course there is another ugly religious controversy brewing). Free time for leisure and to explore old markets for Shopping famous Banarasi Silk Saree.
