Tour Itinerary
Day 01 - Delhi to Dharamshala 9-10 hrs (470 km)
On your arrival at Delhi railway station/Airport, our representative will guide you for the drive to Dharamshala. Check-in at the hotel as soon as you reach and spend some time exploring Dharamshala. The hill town is dipped in the Tibetan culture and is known as the heavenly residence of Dalai Lama. Overnight stay in hotel at Dharamshala.
Day 02 - Dharamshala – Gyuto Tantric Monastery, Palampur Tea Garden and Baijnath Temple Sightseeing
Today morning After Breakfast get ready for full day sightseeing, firstly visit to Gyuto Tantric Monastery Temple. In 1959, due to an unprecedented political crisis in Tibet, His Holiness the Dalai Lama fled to India, followed by thousands of Tibetan refugees. At that time, about eighty-three monks of the Gyuto Tantric Monastery escaped from Tibet to India and they were compelled to engage in different types of labour work to earn their livelihood. In spite of that, they made their best effort to continuously practise, teach and study their traditional tantric traditions. They stayed in Dalhousie, a hill station in Himachal Pradesh, for about fourteen years until they were relocated to Tenzin Gang, in north-eastern India, in 1975.
Palampur Tea Garden. Palampur is the tea capital of northwest India but tea is just one aspect that makes Palampur a special interest place. Abundance of water and proximity to the mountains has endowed it with mild climate. The town has derived its name from the local word palum, meaning lots of water. After that visit Baijnath Temple known for its Shiva Temple. Baijnath or Vaidyanath is an avatar of the great Lord Shiva, and in this avatar, the great lord rids his devotees of all miseries and pain. As a result, this temple holds ultimate significance to all Lord Shiva devotees and is considered to be extremely sacred. At evening time come back to Dharamshala and visit Dharamshala Market (Which is also called Lower market of Dharamshala.) Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 - Dharmshala Local Sightseeing & drive to Dalhousie-3 – 4 Hrs (120 km)
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & visit to Dharmshala local sightseeing which include: - Cricket Stadium, Mcleodganj (is major Tibetan culture centre) official residence and Temple of Dalai lama in Mcleodganj, St John church & Bhagsunath temple and waterfall, the oldest temple in Dharmshala, Dal Lake and evening time drive to Dalhousie. On arrival in Dalhousie check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel at Dalhousie.
Day 04 - Dalhousie Local Sightseeing up to Chamera Lake and Chamara dam
Today morning after breakfast drive to Dalhousie local sightseeing. Firstly, Visit to Situated at 2039 metres in the outer slope s of the Dhaula Dhar range with its natural beauty and natural surroundings. After that drive to Chamera Lake and Chamera dam. After that - pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron. Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Satadhara Falls, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary, Dainkund Peak, Bakrota Hills, Subhash Baoli, Handicraft Shopping HP At evening time visit to Local Market (Mall Road Gandhi Chowk). Dinner & Overnight stay at Dalhousie.
Day 05 - Dalhousie Khajjiar upto Chamba Sightseeing 2 Hrs (45 KM)
Today morning after breakfast get ready for Khajjiar and Chamba Local Sightseeing. On the way visit Khajjiar 24 km fro Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar Forest. This place is known for the 9-hole golf course, a beautiful island amidst the lake, and an exclusive eating point. You have the scope to get involved in diverse fin activities like zorbing, horse riding etc, after that proceed to Chamba the land of Kailash Mountain and Lord Shiva, is famous for its untouched natural beauty. It is a small but a very attractive tourist destination in Himachal Pradesh, known for its exquisite natural beauty Chaugan Laxmi Narayan Temple, at evening time come back to Dalhousie hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06 - Dalhousie to Delhi 11-12 Hrs (570 Km)
Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel & our cab will drop you at Delhi Airport/Railway Station.

The stay was good, I travelled to Manali in July and stayed there for a month in motherland cottage although I was promised for top floor since day 1 but what they can max managed Is the second floor that too after 15 days of my stay at 1st floor, the staff was good and also the travelling agent was very helpful. What was best is that I got all the accessories required in the kitchen be it toaster or mixer whenever asked,Thanks for the stay
