Our Dharamshala Kashmir Amritsar Tour Package from Delhi brings together Tibetan monasteries, Kashmir’s mountain scenery, a Shikara ride and the Golden Temple in one nine-day journey. Day 01 · Delhi to Dharamshala by Private Vehicle
Allow approximately 10–12 hours
Meet your driver at the agreed pickup point in Delhi and begin your journey to Dharamshala. An early morning departure is recommended for this long travel day.
Take refreshment and comfort breaks along the way. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax before dinner.

Day 02 · Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj Sightseeing
After breakfast, spend the day exploring Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj.
Visit the Dalai Lama Temple Complex, followed by Bhagsunag Temple. Travellers comfortable with walking can continue towards Bhagsunag Waterfall, subject to weather, path conditions and available time.
Explore St. John in the Wilderness Church and browse McLeod Ganj’s markets. Continue to Gyuto Monastery to experience another important centre of Tibetan Buddhist culture before returning to your hotel.
Visits depend on the opening hours and access rules of each attraction. Guided trekking and ropeway rides are not included.

Day 03 · Dharamshala to Katra by Private Vehicle
Allow approximately 6–8 hours
After breakfast, check out and travel to Katra. On arrival, check in to your hotel and discuss the available time with the RRH Team if you wish to undertake the Vaishno Devi yatra.
Darshan is subject to registration, route access, queues and sufficient time before the next day’s departure. It is not a guaranteed same-evening visit. Travellers who prefer to rest can spend the remaining time around Katra’s local market.
Ropeway tickets, helicopter services, ponies, palkis, battery vehicles and other yatra arrangements are payable separately.

Day 04 · Katra to Srinagar by Private Vehicle
Keep the day available for the road journey
After breakfast, check out and leave for Srinagar. Travel through the Jammu–Srinagar highway corridor, with breaks along the way. Arrival time depends on traffic movement, weather and road conditions.
Check in to your Srinagar hotel on arrival. Your included one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake will be scheduled during the Srinagar stay, according to arrival time and operating conditions. If it cannot be arranged this evening, the RRH Team will coordinate another suitable slot before departure from Srinagar.
Additional Shikara time or services requested from the boat operator are payable directly.

Day 05 · Srinagar to Sonmarg and Return
Allow approximately 2–3 hours each way, depending on conditions
After breakfast, leave for a day excursion to Sonmarg. Keep your room at the same Srinagar hotel; no checkout is required.
Enjoy the mountain scenery and spend time at accessible sightseeing areas around Sonmarg. Optional pony rides or excursions towards Thajiwas may be arranged locally at an additional cost, subject to access and operating conditions.
Snowfall and snow cover cannot be guaranteed. Return to your Srinagar hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 06 · Srinagar to Pahalgam by Private Vehicle
Allow approximately 3 hours, excluding sightseeing stops
After breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam. Along the way, visit the Awantipora ruins, subject to opening and access, and pass through the Pampore saffron-growing region. Flowering fields are seasonal and should not be expected throughout the year.
On arrival in Pahalgam, check in to your hotel. Spend the remaining time enjoying the town, surrounding scenery and accessible areas near the Lidder River.
If you wish to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley or Chandanwari, request these excursions before booking so their transport arrangements and charges can be confirmed separately.

Day 07 · Pahalgam to Katra by Private Vehicle

The evening can otherwise be spent resting or exploring Katra’s market.

After an early breakfast, check out and leave for Amritsar.
Visit the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh, with the order of sightseeing planned around your arrival and local timings. Travel to the Attari–Wagah Border for the retreat ceremony when visitor access and the day’s schedule permit.
The border ceremony is subject to official arrangements, access restrictions and timely arrival. Return to your hotel for dinner.
